HOMECOMING

Homecoming mums! Texas tradition. So I have yet to make one for Alex, but I've always wanted to try. Well, today I got my chance. A friend of mine called and said that Hobby Lobby had stopped taking orders and did I know anyone who could make one. I said we could.
We went to Hobby Lobby today and bought all the goodies: backer boards, shiny ribbon, black ribbon, sparkley ribbon, maroon ribbon, polka dot ribbon, leopard ribbon oh and a mum! We shopped for an hour and one hour after that VIOLA!

Not too shabby for a first effort!
